Impact on Reproductive Health Initiative (IRHI) is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers (CCWs). Our organization is committed to improving the lives of individuals with reproductive health challenges, including those infected / affected by HIV/AIDS.
We currently operating in Akwa Ibom State.
Position: Community Care Worker (CCW)
Locations: Eket, Esit Eket, Ibeno, Onna, Eastern Obolo, and Ikot Abasi LGAs
Duration: Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver health and social services to vulnerable households, focusing on HIV prevention, nutrition, education, and protection etc
- Provide support and guidance to improve the well-being of children and their households in the community.
- Carry out household economic strengthening activities to enhance the self-sufficiency of vulnerable families.
Requirements:
- Must be resident in the respective LGA of implementation
- Minimum educational qualification: Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).OND,HNDand BSC is an added advantage.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both local language and English.
- Good writing skills are required.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Passion for community work and experience in providing care to vulnerable groups is preferred.
