Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD) is a registered non-profit organization with the corporate affairs commission, in accordance with the Nigerian Law, FRAD work in both humanitarian and development sector to build the resilience of Vulnerable populations through our interventions in thematic areas of WASH, Nutrition, Protection, Education and early recovery and livelihood. Over the years, FRAD has reached more than 19,000 children, men, women and girls through its various interventions.

Position: CP Case Management Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Child Protection

Duties and Responsibility
- Conduct home visits and assessments for vulnerable children.
- Develop and implement individualized case plans.
- Provide counseling and support to children and caregivers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., social services, healthcare providers).
- Document and update case records.
- Respond to emergencies and crises.
- Communicate with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
- Any other duty assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- Certification in Child Protection, Case Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Child Protection, Social work, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office suites and database management.
- Fluency in English, Hausa, Kanuri.
- Proven experience in Case Management, Counseling, or Support work
- Strong knowledge of Child Protection principles and guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Performance Measures
Assessment completion rate: 95% of assessments completed within 72 hours.
Case plan development rate: 90% of case plans developed within 1 week.
Follow-up visit completion rate: 90% of follow-up visits completed within agreed timeframe.
Stakeholder collaboration: Effective collaboration with stakeholders (e.g., Social services, Healthcare providers).
Confidentiality and data security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Continuous learning: Stay updated on child protection guidelines and best practices.
