Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with a minimum of 5 years managing IT teams, showcasing the ability to lead and optimize various tech teams towards the effective delivery of organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technology strategy and execution to drive the organization’s objectives
- Manage and mentor IT teams, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration
- Oversee the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with other team members to make informed decisions on technology investments
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years managing IT teams
- Proven ability to manage and optimize various tech teams for effective delivery
- Relevant certifications: ITIL, Certified Information Technology Professional, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
