Anchor for Life Support and Resilience (ALSAR) is a non-governmental, non-profit, nonreligious, and non-political organization committed to the holistic empowerment of women, youths, orphans, and vulnerable children. With a focus on creating a sustainable impact, ALSAR designs and implements programs that uplift the lives of its target groups. The organization is dedicated to building capacity, providing trauma healing for individuals in crisis, and delivering rehabilitation and training in diverse skills. Available Volunteer Positions
1. Human Resource & Finance Volunteer Manager
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and management of staff and volunteers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage office administration and ensure efficient financial operations.
2. Volunteer MEAL Manager
- Design and implement monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) frameworks.
- Collect, analyze, and report on program data.
- Ensure programs are meeting objectives and delivering impact.
- ICT/Media Volunteer o Manage ALSAR’s ICT systems, including website and social media platforms.
- Create digital content and enhance the organization’s online presence.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and volunteers.
- Program Officer Volunteer o Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities. o Engage with beneficiaries and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
- Prepare program reports and documentation.
- Volunteer Program Manager
o Lead the development and implementation of program plans and budgets.
- Coordinate program teams and ensure the achievement of program objectives.
- Engage with partners and stakeholders to enhance program impact.
