REFERENCE:ZEGCAWIS/RFQ/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Invitation for expression of interest from eligible/reputed Food Vendor service provider are required for the supply of the Meals below:
I. Breakfast;
ii. Lunch;
iii. Tea Break;
On a periodic required basis. (based on needs/request) Vendor should submit a hard copy of Letter of Interest (on a Company Memo, stamped, signed and sealed) attached with company profile, CAC Document, phone number and address of company and contact person, alongside with Services/types of meal supplied as well as Prices; in line with the above listed on or before the date line below:
• To be submitted on or before 30.07.2021
The details should be submitted as per the lender document available on notice Board in ZEGCAWIS Office, Shehu Bukar Road, Maiduguri, Borno State, and also on the organization email viz, [email protected] and copy [email protected]; +2347064213947 ,+2347056786782, 08132681002
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your Interest Letter will reach the address above on or before the deadline. All Application that are received by ZEGCAWIS after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
