Hope and Rural Aid Foundation (HARAF) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Government of Nigeria (Registration No.: CAC/IT/85536). HARAF has been implementing humanitarian and development interventions in Northern Nigeria since 2011.
HARAF has programmatic presence across Borno, Adamawa, Yobe, and Sokoto States, delivering interventions in the thematic areas of Health, CCCM/Shelter/NFIs, Food Security & Livelihoods, Education, and Protection (GBV, Child Protection, General Protection).
In line with operational needs and organizational growth, HARAF hereby invites qualified, reputable, and duly registered suppliers and service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification for the supply of the goods and services listed below. This exercise is aimed at establishing a pool of vendors for framework agreements and future procurement actions.
Both existing and new vendors are encouraged to apply.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested suppliers’/service providers are required to submit the following documents:
- Detailed company profile with registered address, functional email, and telephone number
- Certificate of Incorporation and active CAC documentation
- Evidence of similar goods/services previously executed
- Financial capability statement showing company turnover, bank references, or audited accounts for the last 2–3 years, including the highest contract value executed
- Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance Certificate
- SCUML Certificate (where applicable)
- Manufacturer authorization or dealership certificate (where applicable)
Note: As part of the selection process, all submissions will undergo administrative, technical, and financial evaluations.
