Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, increasing student enrolment, driving sales growth, and expanding College Migration’s presence across Nigeria and international markets.
- The successful candidate must be results-oriented, commercially minded, and passionate about international education and migration.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Increase revenue through strategic initiatives.
- Develop annual and quarterly business plans.
- Analyse market trends and competitors.
Partnership Development:
Build and maintain relationships with:
- Universities
- Colleges
- Language institutions
- International recruiters
- Corporate organisations
- Secondary schools
- NGOs
- Government agencies
- Financial institutions
- Study loan providers
Student Recruitment:
Develop recruitment channels through:
Recruitment& Staffing
- School visits
- Seminars
- Educational fairs
- Career events
- Community outreach
- Referral programmes
Increase applications for:
- Study Abroad
- Canada PR
- Scholarships
- Study Loans
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive sales of:
- Admission processing
- Visa support services
- Canada PR consultations
- Study loan advisory services
- Premium migration services
Corporate Marketing:
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to:
Marketing
- Launch campaigns
- Organise webinars
- Plan recruitment events
- Increase brand awareness
- Promote the Checkers platform
