Mission :

You will assist the Director of Human Resources (HRR) in the daily management of the department.
Specifically, your role will be to:
Ensure the organization and administrative management of the departmentManage the HRD agenda taking into account priorities and ensure the telephone permanence of the HRD (in case of absence or meeting).
Prepare and organize internal and external meetings.
Classify and archive documents.
To carry out orders for office supplies and stationery in connection with the purchasing department.
Distribute letters from the HR department.
Have administrative documents signed and distributed.
Prepare the files relating to meetings with other French and international female Director and external interventions of the HRD.
Organize the travel of the HRD.
Alert the HRD on essential points (urgent messages, social climate, subjects of tension, HR topics, etc.).
Writing and formatting internal documentsCollecting information and collaborating in the drafting of the monthly business note for the Director General and the Board.
Writing and layout of presentation documents.
Translating documents.
Participate and organize the projects and events of the departmentPilot the organization of HRD highlights.
Provide HRD support on substantive files.
Implement anti-terrorist prevention processes for employees.
Participate in the management of social dialogue.
Update and follow-up of the DRHS steering tools, follow the department’s budget, be a force of proposal and alert to malfunctions.
Relaunch and alert HR Service Managers on the rise of monthly indicators.
Prepare the compiled table and forward it to the Executive Committee.
Provide support to HRD in the management of IRPRs to collect the needs of IORPs and transmit them to HRD.
Provide support to the HRD and the Head of the GSP service in the management of the IORPs ( CE / DP ).
Organize quarterly meetings for the CHSCT.
Provide support to HRD on litigation files.
Ensure internal communicationDesign and update flowcharts.
Disseminate to the employees·s headquarters and field of communication from the HRD.
Organize events internal to ACF.

Profile :

Coming from a training in Management Assistant or a general training in Human Resources, you have significant experience in one of these areas.
You are particularly proficient in coordinating calendar and message management tools, as well as organizing and coordinating events.
You master the use of writing techniques. You are able to analyze and produce synthesis documents, as well as ensure confidentiality in your work.
You know how to listen, communicate effectively orally and adapt your communication style in order to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutor·s.
Motivated by the humanitarian sector, you are also organized and rigorous and you know how to manage priorities. You are reactive and force of proposal.
Working in an international environment, a good level of English and French is necessary, both written and oral.

Conditions of employment

Status : Master’s Officer – CDI – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 31K to 38Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Advantages: 21 days of RTT
