Job Description
What you will do in this role:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Support filing, documentation, and record-keeping activities.
- Assist with logistics for meetings and program activities.
- Support front desk and visitor coordination as needed.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
- Provide general support to administrative and program staff.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
Qualifications and experience we look for:
- A first Degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Strong reliability and attention to detail.
