Assignment :

Provide support to the Project Manager for supporting Île-de-France partners in the implementation of the programs of the Mission France in Île-de-France
Mission 1: Participate in monitoring the context and activity of partners
– Monitor regional literature on points of interest in the files monitored by the Project Manager (CP) and participate in writing general interest notes;
– Monitor the activities of ACF operational partners and share information;
In coordination with the CT and the CP, share reports and key elements that will feed into the context monitoring for the France mission;

Mission 2: Contribute to the implementation of support activities with partners
– Contribute to the planning, setting up and monitoring of operational partnerships;
– Contribute to diagnostic, monitoring and evaluation activities as part of the support provided by ACF to partners; in particular through the development of monitoring and evaluation tools, data collection, writing reports and formulating recommendations.
– Support the CP in the preparation of external meetings, working groups, steering committees, work restitutions and any other operational variation of the support provided to partners;
– Ensure the drafting of reports and their dissemination, as well as any other useful tool and document upon validation by the CP

Mission 3: Participate in the mobilization and coordination of volunteers
-Identify mobilization needs;
-Organize in coordination with the CP and the CT assistant, the key times for the mobilization of volunteers (briefings, training, debriefing, etc.) in line with the objectives of the proposed volunteer missions;
-Organize the supervision and coordination of volunteers during the deployment of activities.

Mission 4: Contribute to monitoring activities and team life
– Collect the information necessary for monitoring projects and consolidate program monitoring indicators;
– Archive documentation in accordance with the requests of the project manager;
– Participate in monthly team meetings as well as thematic working times

Profile:

The ideal candidate holds a general higher education at Master’s level (in international relations, political science, economics, statistics, human sciences, or nutrition/food) and/or specialized in International Development. Solid skills in project management, data collection and analysis, cash transfers, food security and nutrition are required.
Initial experience in food security program management, monitoring and evaluation or social assistance is highly desirable, particularly in the associative context with people in precarious situations. We also value knowledge of how local authorities operate and a strong interest in public policies to combat food insecurity in France.
Experience in network animation and coordination of actors as well as an interest in collective intelligence and popular education processes would be an asset.

Conditions of employment

– Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French law school
– Duration of the Internship: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris)
– Desired Start Date: 02/12/2025
– Salary Conditions: Internship compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour (based on 35 hours per week). Weekly working hours (38.75 hours). Meal vouchers at 8 EUR (60% covered by ACF). Coverage of up to 50% of public transport costs. – -Teleworking: There is an ACF teleworking policy which defines the activities of the position requiring a mandatory presence time at the association’s headquarters, and allows you to choose to carry out part of the work by teleworking. On the France mission, a mandatory presence at headquarters of at least 8 days per month has been defined for this position, given that this is an internship on an ACF field mission.
– Special Conditions and Skills: Prolonged sitting, oral expression, work on screen, telephone contacts.
