Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Mission :
Under the responsibility of the Head of Risk and Compliance Audit, you will have to secure the practices of ACF and ensure the follow-up of the legal and ethical risks associated with cross-functional projects, the strategic decisions of the General Management and the governance of the Association.
Specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Supervise and support the development of ACF’s legal practices aimed at compliance with the relevant regulatory environment and ensuring the protection of ACF’s strategic interests.
Support legal risk management of ACF strategic and/or operational projects.
Represent ACF in the direct management of cases with a high legal, contractual or regulatory impact.
Contribute to the dissemination of a risk culture within the structure and ensure a strengthening of the control of legal or contractual risks.

Profile :
Higher education of type Master 2 in Business Law, Private Law and/or DJCE, and, you have at least five years of experience in a similar position as a legal officer or in-office lawyer, acquired in an international environment.
You have good knowledge of tax law and the community.
You have already supervised a team of lawyers and are recognized for your managerial abilities.
You are able to write any type of useful contract (rental contract, partnership agreement, legal standard, etc.) in a French and international legal environment.
You are able to bring out and formalize the legal needs of employees and manage pre-litigation and litigation files in order to best limit the risks incurred by the structure.
Equipped with excellent communication skills, you are recognized as a· for your sense of listening and your qualities of synthesis. Autonomous and rigorous·, you will be able to convince and argue while ensuring a role of facilitator.
The current mastery of French and English in both oral and written form is imperative.
Employment conditions
Status : Integrated Framework – 6-month full-time CSD (as part of a parental leave replacement)
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Start date: 25/05/2024
Remuneration: from 45K to 54euros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
