We are looking for a cosmopolitan and gripping person with intercultural sensitivity and a desire for meaningful work. IT affinity and organizational skills help to master the diverse tasks in cooperation with employees from the various specialist areas.
The tasks include.:
- The coordination of the planning, approval and settlement of various church financing
- The administration and monitoring of procurement processes in our international projects and in our office
- The management of orders, contracts and billing for employees and consultants abroad
- Participation in topics of knowledge management
- Supporting internal administrative processes and procedures
Our wish list to applicants:
- Experience in the Billing of funds and knowledge of procurement law, Experience in personnel management are welcome
- Flexibility and willingness to be in new subject areas to familiarize yourself and never learn the motivation.
- Experience with M365 (especially Excel), preferably Sharepoint and teams as well as SAP.
- applied Language skills at least in English, also in another foreign language. German at a native language level. Experience abroad is welcome!
- One Identification with the values and goals our aid organization
