Operation smile foundation founded in the year 2020, is a developmental organization working towards alleviating poverty and putting smiles on the faces of individuals, especially women and youths by strengthening their capacity to achieve their basic needs using resources within their communities. OSF mission is to reduce poverty through the implementation of innovative financial and non-financial programmes targeting disadvantaged groups.

JOB OBJECTIVE –
- To contribute to the institutional development and corporate image of Operation Smile Foundation, through a sustained regular contact with their customers by providing quality services to satisfy the customers.
REPORTING – Thrift Officers report directly to the operations manager.
DUTIES
- To mobilize daily savings for operation smile foundation members
- To inform entrepreneurs about OSF products and encourage them to become members.
- To deposit daily savings collected into OSF designated bank account.
- To ensure that depositors (members) receive confirmation for their deposit.
- To submit daily savings deposit to the I.T unit for documentation.
- To ensure that daily savings deposit are also submitted to the account department for filing.
- To maintain privacy of the customer.
- To ensure to meet/reach set targets.
- To carry out other duties as maybe assigned by the OSF/operations manager.
