Job Profile
- Integrated Child Health and Social Service Award (ICHSSA 3) project currently being implemented in Northern Nigeria to improve the quality of life of HIV/AIDs positive children by leveraging on OVC/Social Service to strengthen the HIV continuum of care in a family-community–facility service delivery interface.
- The Front Desk and Admin Officer is responsible for receiving visitors, incoming memos/mails, taking notes during meetings, filing/archiving, management of petty cash operations, administration of events/programs, inventory management, travel management and supervision of the office cleaners on ICHSSA-3 Project
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following functions:
- Receive Visitors, incoming memos/mails and taking notes during meetings.
- Filing/Archiving
- Management of petty cash operation
- Administration of Events/programs
- Inventory Management
- Travel Management
- Office cleaners Management
Qualifications / Experience
- OND in Business Administration or any related Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a front desk officer.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management.
- Ability to document and maintain information on program management.
- Excellent MS Office skills (including Word, Excel, Power-point etc.)
