  • The Program Associate will support the development and execution of enterprise development incubation programs and projects in line with the FATE School’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of enterprise development programs, including entrepreneurial training and business development support for participants.
  • Develop and periodically review program strategy and structure to ensure alignment with the needs of participants.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication between program partners, volunteers, and entrepreneurs.
  • Oversee the participant recruitment process and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage and ensure the collation of relevant program data to support monitoring,evaluation, and impact assessment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with program participants and other stakeholders and to also work with team members effectively.
  • Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, or the development sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • 2 years relevant work experience in program coordination or any related role
