Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement M&E systems for all project components.
- Develop data collec on tools, performance indicators, and repor ng templates.
- Train staff and partners on M&E procedures and data use.
- Conduct baseline studies, mid-term reviews, and final evalua ons.
- Analyses data and provide ac onable insights to improve program quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in M&E for development projects.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
- Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience using mobile data collection platforms (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, Google forms etc).
