- Lead strategy and execution of Oxfam in Nigeria’s programmes and advocacy efforts
- Drive high-impact, gender-sensitive humanitarian and development work
- Oversee fundraising, policy engagement, and stakeholder relations
- Inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams for systemic change
Who We Are Looking For:
- Master’s degree in development or related fields
- 10+ years’ experience in international development and human rights
- Proven expertise in programme design, influencing, and donor engagement
