Request for Submission of RFQ for Supply of Laptops, Tablets, and Printers
Precious Pride and Great Work (PPGW), a humanitarian and developmental non-governmental organization, invites qualified and interested suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of laptops, tablets, and printers to support its ongoing operations and projects.
This EOI aims to secure competitive proposals to establish a fixed-price Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) for the supply of reliable and high-quality IT equipment to the PPGW office in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Scope of Work
The supplier will be required to:
- Supply high-quality laptops, tablets, and printers that meet the specified requirements.
- Ensure delivery to the PPGW office in Maiduguri within the agreed timelines.
- Provide warranties for all supplied items.
- Offer after-sales support and maintenance services as needed.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
All suppliers are required to complete the table below to provide their price quotations for the specified items:

Eligibility Criteria
Interested suppliers must meet the following requirements:
- Be domiciled in Nigeria and comply with all relevant government regulations.
- Provide a valid certificate of registration and operating license for the current fiscal year.
- Not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
Submission Requirements
The submitted EOI must include:
- Expression of Interest letter.
- Company profile, including evidence of similar supply projects.
- Technical specifications of the proposed items.
- Financial proposal with a detailed breakdown of costs (inclusive of delivery and warranty).
- Valid certificate of registration and license.
- Bank details for payment processing.
- Three references from previous clients or partners.
Submission Process
All submissions must be made electronically via email to [email protected] no later than Monday, 23rd December 2024. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
Clarifications
Requests for clarification can be sent to [email protected] no later than 20th December 2024. Responses will be provided to all prospective bidders by 23rd December 2024.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Technical specifications and quality of the proposed items.
- Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Track record of successful supply delivery.
