REQUIREMENTS
- Install and provide training for 3D printing software and hardware, ensuring full functionality according to OEM specifications.
- Operate FDM, SLA and SLS 3D Printers.
- Train customers on how to operate 3d Printers
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to troubleshoot and repair 3d printers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- perform preventive maintenance procedures within scheduled timeframes at customer sites.
- Design with CAD softwares including Solidwork, On- shape or Fusion 360.
- Complete and submit accurate service documentation.
- Participate in projects such as training, documentation, webinars, blogs, open houses, and exhibitions.
QUALIFICATION
- Certified Technician or Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years working experience in the AM field.
- Advance skills in FDM, SLA and SLS 3 Printers
- 2-3 years of experience servicing industrial 3D printers
